Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your e-mailbox accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming email messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just specify the mail account you want to redirect electronic mails from, then choose the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
